“I believe that Pilates can benefit everyone. My aim is to help people move and feel better, grow stronger and gain confidence.”

I first discovered Pilates during pregnancy and quickly felt the incredible mental and physical benefits it had to offer. From that moment I was hooked, Pilates became an integral part of my self-care routine. I have always loved physical fitness and movement from dancing to paddle boarding and I have tried all kinds of different exercise classes in the past, but it is the Pilates method that has served me the best. Its rehabilitative benefits have helped me manage pain and injuries. I have grown stronger, more flexible and stand taller, despite still only measuring 5’2!

I finally saw changes in my body that I had never been able to achieve from other forms of exercise. And so, training to become an instructor seemed the next logical step as well as an exciting career change.

I completed my training with the renowned Basi Pilates UK, a leading Pilates organisation known for its innovation and academic excellence. The BASI Fully Comprehensive Certification is equivalent to an advanced Level 3 qualification, covering all apparatus and teaching principles. In addition, I have completed the BASI Injuries and Pathologies course with Sam Wood, which deepened my understanding of how to safely and effectively support clients recovering from injuries or managing ongoing conditions. This specialised training allows me to create tailored sessions that help restore strength, mobility, and confidence — whether you’re returning to movement after an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking a mindful, supportive approach to exercise. When I’m not in my studio I love spending time with my husband, two girls and lively Springador who all keep me very busy and happy.
